Culture is in the moments

As part of Defence’s commitment to cultural reform, the Defence Culture Blueprint (DCB) program needed a unifying brand and internal campaign to communicate key frameworks. I created the Culture Lives Here brand narrative and developed campaign assets including a widely used infographic that simplified the complex culture model. The campaign helped embed cultural messaging across Defence, fostering stronger understanding and alignment across varied commands and teams.

Culture in Defence is multifaceted. In developing a brand anchored in unifying people and capabilities, the prism is used to connect the culture components and the Values and Behaviours together, placing people at the centre.
