Accelerating Women in STEM
The Women in the Digital and Technology at Synergy Group, were expanding to include all women in STEM. They needed a new name, story, and identity to reflect this shift.
I led a brand and naming workshop, guiding members through collaborative exercises to uncover values, aspirations, and the vision for their future. From these insights, the name STRIVE was developed, capturing ambition, resilience, and progress.
I then designed a bold, playful brand identity using connected dots and gradients to symbolise collaboration and acceleration. The result was a refreshed narrative and look that positioned STRIVE as an inclusive, inspiring community for women in STEM.
